Vespa Rally, smallframe, and P-series VIN and emissions decal sets. Sold as sets for restoration use. Often they have been removed or painted over, we will also furnish these in the case a scooter has a set that is no longer legible and are in need to register the scooter with local DMV.

DISCLAIMER: We will NOT sell these decals without stamping them with your vin number or the existing scooter details, so please do not ask us to make a set for your grey market scooter so that you can pass it off as a 1980 P series in California! It is a federal crime to change vin numbers or try and pass off any motor vehicle with a fictitious vin number so we will ONLY stamp your vin number into these decals after verifying your original vin from either photos of the actual scooter or via paperwork issued to you as the owner.
